Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Civil Contingencies Act 2004

2. In Part 3 (Category 2 Responders: General) of Schedule 1 to the Civil Contingencies Act 2004, after paragraph 29B(1) insert—
“29C. The Coal Authority.
29D. The Secretary of State, in so far as the functions of the Secretary of State include the activities of the Meteorological Office.”
