2.—(1) In this Order—
“the 1985 Act” means the Transport Act 1985(1),
“the 2001 Act” means the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001(2),
“the data protection legislation” has the meaning given by section 3(9) of the Data Protection Act 2018(3).
(2) Words and expressions used in Parts 3, 4 and 6 of this Order have, unless the contrary intention appears, the same meaning as in the 2001 Act.
