The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Transport Act 1985(1), makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 85(8) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
1985 c. 67. Section 85 was amended by paragraph 30 of Schedule 4 to the Local Transport Act 2008 (c. 26) and references to integrated transport area and Integrated Transport Authority are to be treated as including, respectively, a reference to the combined area and the Combined Authority in accordance with article 7 of S.I. 2014/863.
