Citation, commencement, extent and application1

These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Targets (Marine Protected Areas) Regulations 2022 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales but apply in relation to England only (as defined in regulation 2).
