Amendment of regulation 3 (purpose and interpretation)70

In regulation 3(2), after the definition of “Community licence” insert—

  • “competent authority”, in relation to—

    1. a

      a driver attestation, means the Secretary of State;

    2. b

      a UK licence for the Community, means a traffic commissioner appointed under section 4 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981;
