The Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Fees) Regulations 199521 are amended in accordance with regulations 67 and 68.

Amendment of regulation 2 (interpretation)67

In regulation 2(2), after the definitions of “application for a licence”, “application for a variation of a licence”, “application” and “licence” insert—

  • “light goods vehicle” has the meaning given in section 58(1);

Amendment of regulation 3 (fees)68

In regulation 3, after paragraph (8) insert—

Any fee prescribed in these Regulations payable in relation to a licence is also payable in relation to a licence under which one or more motor vehicles specified in the licence or otherwise authorised to be used is a light goods vehicle.
