The Road Transport Operator Regulations 20119 are amended in accordance with—

a

regulations 18, 19(1), 20, 21 and 22; and

b

regulation 19(2).

Amendment of regulation 1 (citation, commencement and extent)18

Omission of regulation 4 (competent authorities etc.)19

In regulation 6(2)—

a

in the words before sub-paragraph (a), for “that Article” substitute “Article 11(5) of Regulation 1071/2009”;

b

omit sub-paragraph (b) and the “and” before it.
