Regulation (EC) No 1072/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 on common rules for access to the international road haulage market7 is amended in accordance with regulations 13 and 14.

In Article 1(5)(c), for “3,5” substitute “2.5”.

In Article 8(1), for “a driver attestation” substitute “an EU driver attestation”.
