Amendment of regulation 17 (good governance)

6.  In regulation 17—

(a) at the end of paragraph (2)(d)(i) replace “activity, and” with “activity,”;

(b) at the end of paragraph (2)(d)(ii) replace “activity;” with “activity, and”; and

(c) after paragraph (2)(d)(ii) insert—

“(iii) processing evidence provided to a registered person under regulation 12(3);”.
