Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 199624.

The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 199637 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 7 (capital to be disregarded) (as amended by article 18(3) of this Order), after paragraph 61 insert—
“62.
Any assistance given in accordance with the Carer’s Assistance (Young Carer Grants) (Scotland) Regulations 2019.”.
