2. In these Regulations—
“Act” means the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Act 2020;
“claimant” has the meaning given in regulation 3(1);
“decision notice” has the meaning given in regulation 5(6);
“notice of claim” has the meaning given in regulation 3(1).
