The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1), (2)(a) and (3)(b) and 8(5) of the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 2020(1).
2020 c. 20. For the extent of Part 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 (c. 61), which these Regulations amend, see section 53(4) to (7) of that Act.
