“Northern Ireland: Designation of authorities under Articles 54 and 558A.
(1)
The Department for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs is the correspondent for the United Kingdom in respect of Northern Ireland for the purposes of Article 54.
(2)
The Secretary of State is responsible for designating places at which waste entering or leaving Northern Ireland is controlled for the purposes of Article 55.”.
