Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/198 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 251/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the establishment of the register of geographical indications protected in the sector of aromatised wine products and the listing of the existing geographical designations in that register86 is amended as follows.

In Article 1—
a
omit paragraph 1;
b
in paragraph 2, after “register” insert “established and maintained by the Secretary of State under Article 21 of Regulation (EU) No 251/2014 (‘the register’)”.

In Article 2, in the words before point (a)—

at the beginning insert “The Secretary of State must list”;
b
omit “are listed”.

After Article 3 omit the words from “This Regulation” to “States.”.
