The Quality Schemes (Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs) Regulations 20186 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(2), for the definition of “Regulation 1151/2012” substitute—
Regulation 1151/2012” means Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on quality schemes for agricultural products and foodstuffs7;

In regulation 3(2)(a) (the competent authority etc.) omit “38,”.

Omit regulation 5 (delegation to control bodies).
