In paragraph 164 (amendment of Article 20 of the PIC Regulation), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—

in the first subparagraph, for the words from the beginning to “Member States” substitute “The Secretary of State”;

ii

in the second sub-paragraph—

aa

for the words from the beginning to “Agency as necessary” substitute “The Secretary of State,”;

bb

in point (b), for “Parties and other countries” substitute “a Party, other country or Northern Ireland”;

b

in paragraph 2—

i

for the words from the beginning to “Agency” substitute “The Secretary of State and the Designated National Authority”;

ii

for “a Party or other country” substitute “a Party, other country or Northern Ireland”.
