In paragraph 161 (amendment of Article 17 of the PIC Regulation)—

after sub-paragraph (a)(ii) insert—

for “the importing Parties or other countries” substitute “importing Parties, other countries or Northern Ireland”;

in sub-paragraph (b), for “UK PIC list” substitute “GB PIC list”;

c

after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

in paragraph 3, for “Party or other country” substitute “Party, other country or Northern Ireland”.
