Amendments relating to Regulation (EU) No 649/2012 (“the PIC Regulation”)46

In paragraph 153 (amendment of Article 9 of the PIC Regulation)—

a

in sub-paragraph (2)(b)(ii)—

i

for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Great Britain”;

ii

for the words “under a Party’s or other country’s legislation” substitute “under the legislation of a Party, other country or Northern Ireland”;

b

after sub-paragraph (2)(b)(ii) insert—

iii

for the words from “each Party” to the end substitute “each Party, other country or Northern Ireland”.
