Amendments to Part 4 (Transportable pressure equipment)23

For regulation 23 (Misleading and other markings), substitute—

No person is to affix a marking on transportable pressure equipment which is likely to mislead third parties with regard to the meaning of the graphics of—

a

the UK TPE marking; or

b

the pi marking.

Any other marking may be affixed to transportable pressure equipment provided that the visibility and legibility of—

a

the UK TPE marking; or

b

the pi marking

is not reduced.
