26. In Article 17—
(a)in paragraph 1 for “Member States” substitute “The Authority”;
(b)in paragraph 2 for “Commission” substitute “appropriate authority”;
(c)in paragraph 3—
(i)in the first subparagraph for “Commission” substitute “appropriate authority”;
(ii)in the second subparagraph for “adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 19(3)” substitute “prescribed by the appropriate authority”.
