Amendment of Regulation (EU) No 1370/201339

In Article 1, in the second subparagraph10, after point (b) insert—

c

‘appropriate authority’ means:

i

the relevant authority for the constituent nation in which the regulations apply, or

ii

if consent is given by the relevant authority for the constituent nation in which the regulations apply, the Secretary of State.
