in paragraph 1—

for “Commission may adopt implementing acts” substitute “appropriate authority may make regulations”;

ii

for “intra-Union and third-country” substitute “trade within the United Kingdom and international”;

iii

omit the second subparagraph.

b

in paragraph 2, in the third subparagraph, for the words from “Commission” to “Article 228” substitute “appropriate authority may make regulations”;

c

omit paragraph 3;

d

in paragraph 4, for the words from “the Member” to “quickly” substitute “health and veterinary measures have been taken”;

e
