In Article 75—

a

in paragraph 2, for the words from “Commission” to “Article 227” substitute “appropriate authority may make regulations”;

b

in paragraph 6—

i

for the words from “Commission” to “Article 227” substitute “appropriate authority may make regulations”;

ii

for “delegated acts”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “regulations”;

iii

omit the words from “and shall” to the end.
