CHAPTER 2Modifications to application of Principal Regulations: agreements existing on 15th November 2018
Interpretation: modifications12
Regulation 2 (interpretation) of the Principal Regulations applies as if in paragraph (1), in the appropriate places, there were inserted the following definitions—
a
“conditional agreement auction” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Electricity Capacity (No. 1) Regulations 2019;
b
“deferred capacity payment trigger event” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Electricity Capacity (No. 1) Regulations 2019;
c
“standstill month” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Electricity Capacity (No. 1) Regulations 2019;
d
“standstill period” has the meaning given in regulation 3 of the Electricity Capacity (No. 1) Regulations 2019.
