Commission Regulation (EU) No 547/2011 of 8 June 2011 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards labelling requirements for plant protection products is amended as follows.

In Annex I—
a
in point (1)(c), in the second sentence, for “the list contained in Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council” substitute “the UK mandatory classification and labelling list”;
b
after point (1) insert—

In point (1)(c), the “UK mandatory classification and labelling list” means the list of mandatory classification and labelling requirements of substances and groups of substances established and maintained in accordance with Article 38A of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
