UK mandatory classification and labelling listThe Agency must establish, maintain and publish electronically a list (to be called “the UK mandatory classification and labelling list”) of all the mandatory classifications and accompanying labelling requirements made by the Secretary of State in accordance with Article 37 and Article 37A.
