In Article 24—

a

in paragraph 2—

i

for “referred to in Article 111 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and shall” substitute “specified by the Agency. The Agency may require the request to”;

ii

omit the second subparagraph;

b

for paragraph 4, substitute—

If the Agency does not accept the request, the manufacturer, importer or downstream user may ask the Agency to review its decision.

c

omit paragraph 5;

d

in paragraph 6, for “practical arrangements referred to in Article 118(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 shall apply”, substitute “manufacturer, importer or downstream user may ask the Agency to review the withdrawal or amendment.”
