a
in the first subparagraph, for “the official language(s) of the Member State(s) where the substance or mixture is placed on the market, unless the Member State(s) concerned provide(s) otherwise” substitute “English”;
b
in the second subparagraph, for “those required by the Member States” substitute “English”.
