a
for “Articles 6 and 11” in both places it occurs substitute “Article 6”;
b
for “Member State or, in the case of changes of a product authorised by Union authorisation, the Commission” substitute “competent authority”.

In paragraph 2, for “relevant Member States or, in the case of changes of a product authorised by Union authorisation, the Commission” substitute “competent authority”.
