In the heading, for “authorities of the Member States” substitute “Designated National Authority”.

In paragraph 1—

a

in the first subparagraph—

i

for the words from the beginning to “authorities that” substitute “The Designated National Authority”;

ii

for the words from “Annex I” to the end substitute “Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the UK PIC list”;

b

in the second subparagraph, for the words from the beginning to “Member States” substitute “The Designated National Authority”.
