For paragraph 1, substitute—

The competent authority shall establish and maintain a system for the exchange of information between the competent authority and applicants.

Omit paragraph 2.

In paragraph 3, for “Register for Biocidal Products” substitute “system referred to in paragraph 1”.

In paragraph 4—
a
for “Agency” in both places it occurs substitute “competent authority”;
b
omit “and notify the relevant competent authority accordingly without delay”.
