Article 64 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1—

a

for “the receiving competent authority or the Agency” in each place it occurs substitute “the competent authority”;

b

in the first and second sub paragraphs, after “the first applicant” in both places it occurs insert “, where the data was provided to the competent authority,”;

c

in the third subparagraph for “Agency,” substitute “competent authority”.
