(a)in paragraph 1—
(i)for “Member States shall”, substitute, “Market surveillance authorities must”;
(ii)for “their”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “the”; and
(iii)for “Commission” substitute “Secretary of State”;
(b)in paragraph 2 for “shall”—
(i)in the first place it occurs substitute “must”;
(ii)in the second place it occurs substitute “does”.
