Amendment to regulation 3

4.—(1) In regulation 3 (meaning of “measuring instrument” and related expressions and application of these Regulations) in the heading—

(a) before “measuring” insert “regulated”;

(b) omit “and related expressions”; and

(2) omit paragraphs (1) and (3).
