6.  In regulation 6 (manufacturers’ responsibilities - design, conformity assessment and marking of regulated non-automatic weighing instruments)—

(a) in paragraph (d) for “an EU” substitute “a”; and

(b) in paragraph (e)(i) for “CE” substitute “UK”.
