In Article 6, for paragraph 2, substitute—

The appropriate authority may prescribe the list of materials whose placing on the market or use for animal nutritional purposes is restricted or prohibited taking into account in particular scientific evidence, technological developments, information available through or derived from the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) or similar intelligence sharing systems or results of official controls pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 882/2004.
