a

in paragraph 1—

i

for “Community”, substitute “United Kingdom”;

ii

for “at least the national language or languages of the Member State in which it is marketed,”, substitute “English or in English and Welsh”;

b

for paragraph 6, substitute—

The appropriate authority may prescribe amendments to Annex 3 to take technological progress and scientific development into account.
