In Article 8—

a

in each place in which it occurs (including the heading), for “Authority”, substitute “Food Safety Authority”;

b

in paragraph 3(b), for “Community Reference Laboratory”, substitute “reference laboratory”;

c

for paragraph 5, substitute—

The Food Safety Authority must without delay forward its opinion to the appropriate authority including a report describing its assessment of the feed additive and stating the reasons for its conclusion.
