(2) Omit paragraph 1.

(3) In paragraph 3—

(a) for “Management Board” substitute “Agency”;

(b) omit “implementing Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, including”;

(c) omit “, by 1 June 2008”.

(4) Omit paragraph 4.
