Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/141282

Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1412 of 24 August 2016 refusing to authorise a health claim made on foods and referring to the reduction of disease risk is amended as follows.

In Article 1, for the words from “shall not” to the end of that Article, substitute “may not be made on foods on the United Kingdom market”.

Omit Article 2.
