Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/188669

Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1886 of 20 October 2015 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods and referring to children’s development and health is amended as follows.

In Article 1—
a
in paragraph 1, for the words from “shall not” to the end of that paragraph, substitute “may not be made on foods on the United Kingdom market”.
b
omit paragraph 2.
