SCHEDULE 2 Amendments of the Data Protection Act 2018

Part 2 (general processing) (other than Schedules 1 to 6)

5.—(1) Section 4 is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (2)—

(a) for “Chapter 2 of this Part” substitute “This Part”;

(b) for “GDPR” (in each place) substitute “UK GDPR”.

(3) Omit subsection (3).
