Omission of Articles 34 to 37

39.  Omit the following Articles—

(a) Article 34 (powers and competences of ESMA);

(b) Article 35 (cooperation between competent authorities);

(c) Article 36 (processing of applications by the Commission);

(d) Article 37 (review).
