35.—(1) The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In section 297A (unauthorised decoders)(2), in subsection (4), in the definition of “transmission”, in paragraphs (a) and (b), omit “or any other member State”.
(3) In section 298 (rights and remedies in respect of apparatus, &c for unauthorised reception of transmissions)(3), in subsection (1), in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), omit “or any other member State”.
