Amendment to regulation 24

16.  In regulation 24 (appointment of authorised representatives)—

(a) in paragraph (1) after “a person” insert “established in the United Kingdom”;

(b) omit “EU” in each place it occurs; and

(c) for “CE” substitute “UK” in both places it occurs.
