Social Security Administration Act 1992 (c. 5)

32.  In section 109B of the Social Security Administration Act 1992(1) (power to require information), in subsection (7)—

(a) in the definition of “bank”, omit paragraph (b) (but not the final “or”);

(b) in the definition of “insurer”, omit paragraph (b) and the “or” before it.
