The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 126(1) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 20021.
In accordance with section 126(8)(b) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
