The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2017 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2) of article 18 after “and 19(10)” insert “and the functions conferred on the Combined Authority by article 3 of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (Business Rate Supplements Functions) Order 2018”.
