Amendment to the Housing and Planning Act 2016

11.—(1) The Housing and Planning Act 2016(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 20 (authorities specified for purposes of section 210)(2), for paragraph 7 substitute—

“7.   The London Fire Commissioner.”.
