8. In regulation 4A (repair of certain incompatible account and excess subscriptions – accounts other than junior ISA accounts)(1) after paragraph (6) insert—
“(7) This regulation is subject to regulation 4AA.”.
Regulation 4A was inserted by S.I. 2002/3158 and the heading was substituted by S.I. 2011/1780. Relevant amending instruments are S.I.2007/2119, 2011/1780, 2014/1450 and 2016/364.
